Workers Compensation My petition to reinstate workers comp was awarded on aug 9 2006 ?

It was awarded retroactive to 2001......My question is this >>>they are requesting an IRE and I know they have 104 weeks once I have been paid total disability to request that but does there 104 weeks start at the time of reinstatement or from the time I was awarded from which would be 2001.......If anyone knows anything about this I would really appreciate the help......Thank you
