I just put the remote stater and door lock in my 09 camry 4 cyl and the trunk are not working?

when i put the remote ,i try the trunk and door they work good but after that i try on a original one they didn't work and i try remove the wire from remote they still not working ,but when i hit the on on original remote it still b...i ..p but the trunk not opening.Some one tell me what did i do wrong and how to fix it .Thank.
