Has Demerol ever been known to cause vertigo?

I was prescribed it right after my hysterectomy. It was given by shot for 2 days, then I was sent home with a prescription, which I took for 5 days and then I no longer needed it. I was trying to find something that could tell me about the effects on this, but could not find anything.
