I got arrested in Canada last year for being drunk in public. I never paid the summons, can I go back?

When you go back try and stay more sober and not get into any bar fights anymore. Otherwise, if you are arrested again then you will have to pay not only for the current arrest but the other arrest also along with a sizable fee for not paying before...
