What performace parts can I put in my Scion 2010 Tc to get 300 hp?

I am getting my 2010 Scion Tc tomorrow and I was wondering what parts I could put on it to reach 300 hp? If u can help me out without Turbo the car if it get 225 without Turbo I'd be happy. But if I have to get a turbo, I would. So could u guys help me out with what parts would be good and if u do refer me to a turbo show me a turbo reasonably priced with good performance and is a great product.
