How can I figure out the year of my '95 dodge neon engine?

Car is from '95, engine was replaced. 2.0 DOHC, there is a green tag on the back of the valve cover, with a bar code. Also Date:2141, SEO NUM:8863, B CODE:580, and PLT:6. Any good searches I can do or web pages that can help me decipher this?
